Great product, sales experience can be improved – The trampoline is fantastic. It visually looks good and fit for purpose, keeping the children very happy bouncing away. Delivery and installation was flawless. The sellers organised installer delivered the trampoline, promptly installed it, demonstrated its functions, use, and basic upkeep and took the rubbish with him.

The pre sales experience was OK without being fantastic. Emails were unanswered on some occasions and my request to be called was too. I had to ring sales and when I got in touch with them they were helpful. After sales care is atrocious however, and this is disappointing.
