Aftercare amazing – I bought my trampoline less than 2 months before the 10 warranty came in. 5 years in and mat and net are ripped, and broken and unsafe and spring free will not honour warranty even though it was only less than 2 months until 10 year warranty. However they were able to help provide me with a refurbished net and mat and now my son is safe and I’m one happy customer. Never regret buying my spring free
