Excellent customer service – Aleksandra from the customer service team went out of her way to order me a part for a bicycle purchased at Decathlon. It wasn't easy but eventually she sourced the part from the UK store and had it shipped to Australia. Very appreciative of her efforts and determination to get a good outcome.
