Heaven. Best investment! – We ordered the Pure Comfort after my partner and i started experiencing back pain on our spring mattress (which was only a few years old). We had heard so much about latex mattresses and both had previously slept on latex at some point. We contacted Sam Wilson less than a week before Christmas hoping that we could get a mattress delivered by Christmas. Sam was so helpful and informative. The bed was dispatched within a couple of days and delivered to us before Christmas with no hassle. The mattress is very supportive and yet feels really soft and cushy. Our back pain immediately disappeared. The 25 year warranty given on the mattress was also a no brainer for us and the fact that the bed is made from natural materials. My sister and friend have also bought the same bed and absolutely love it. We would highly recommend making the investment - it is worth it if you can afford it. I wouldn't think twice!
