We have thrown over $8,400 down the drain on a product we cannot use and are left with no choice but to completely dump this mattress and start over. I will go for a sleeping duck next time!

Extremely disappointed! I bought the soft/medium/soft option & it's rock hard. I had to spend more money (bearing in mind the over $8000 outlay for the mattress) buying a plush overlay for it (I got that from Ecosa, no way I was giving these guys any more money). In the end I chose this one. I'm so glad I did! It is perfect: exactly right for my sensitive frame. It's extraordinarily comfortable to sleep on, and to my great relief, it has fixed my pain. I feel enormously lucky to have ended up with this mattress. On with normal life, instead of pain!

I'm very grateful to Jane at Mosman, who really looked out for me before and after I bought the mattress. I asked for some special conditions and I really appreciate that I got what I requested.

There are sales: my mattress was 60% or 70% off. It's still expensive but it resolved the pain that was starting to prevent me from working. So for me it was worth it. There is a twenty-year guarantee -- the mattresses are pure latex so they don't degrade easily.

The staff were lovely and did not rush us at all - me being a firm believer in taking time to try out the product before purchase. They undersold if anything but we were happy enough to arrange purchase on the spot. We are more than satisfied with the comfort and support of this mattress. We have high humidity here so latex is an obvious choice in keeping down mould and dust mites; this mattress is about a third of the weight of our old one, which was solid rather than the lighter aerated version LMA make. We can turn it without popping a disc! We are certainly noticing the difference this new mattress has made.

shop we decided on the spot to buy two adjustable beds and pair of Latex mattresses. That was definitely the right decision, the Latex mattresses are wonderful to sleep on. Normally I used to wake up on my old bed after one hour sleep, but on the Lates mattress I sleep four to five hours straight before I wake up for a pee. The beds and the Latex mattresses are a bit expensive, but quality always comes at cost. My wife tells me I do not snore any more on the Latex mattresses for some reason, so that makes her even more happy with the new bed. I highly recommend this product, it is excellent quality from my point of view.

We received our mattress before the due date and it is absolutely perfect, I’m so glad I invested the extra money into a quality product, the mattress is the perfect blend of comfort and support and feels nothing like a sprung or foam mattress, I wake up fresh every morning and don’t want to leave the bed! It is absolutely perfect, it did not smell like other mattresses since it is made from organic latex and comes with the best warranty I have ever seen in a mattress.

Don't buy if you like a soft bed – I have had mind for 2 years brought as soft as was available and what was recommended but it is still way to hard, I sleep on my side and have alot of shoulder pain I never had before with my old mattress, spent more than I could afford for what I thought would be wonderful.. Redacted: The sales person was very helpful in assessing which mattress would suit my particular needs. After a rough delivery, damaged mattress (not the fault of Latex Mattress Australia) I received another new mattress fairly soon. I was impressed with their response and follow up. I’ve had the mattress for a few weeks now. At first I was alarmed as I felt a bit sore around my hips and lower back and it felt firmer than expected. After a few nights that feeling went away completely and I now have the best nights sleep and feel comfortable and supported. I think my body was aligning after my previous old mattress. There is a little indent dip on my side of the bed compared to the other side but I don’t think it’s a big issue. I’ll review again in a few months. It was a lot of money to spend sight unseen but no regrets so far. However, no free shipping was disappointing.

only for them as a company but also for us as a consumer), and unfortunately we missed out on a sale by about a week, which saw the mattress (which was already on sale) further discounted by approx $1,000. Contacted the store to see if anything could be reviewed (I understand they were under no obligation), called once and left a message, was told I would be called back. Called again a week later and discussed with the sales person, they said they would have to get back to me. Received an e-mail a week later quoting the ACCC guidelines regarding sales. We weren't even offered a token mattress protector, and considering we spent almost $10,000 at their store was quite disappointing.

In between this time the mattress was delivered. When it was unpacked it had an overpowering smell. One of the selling points of the natural latex that they use is that it DOES NOT smell at all, as opposed to synthetic latex products (in the showroom the sales person even had samples for us to smell). The smell from the mattress and pillow actually made it hard to sleep for the first week or two. Again I contacted them about the smell, enquiring as to what it was, and two weeks later was provided a form to fill out so that the after sales team could help me.

Very disappointed with the service. Really wanted to love this company and upgrade all of our mattresses with them, however I will be looking into alternative companies in the future.

was sleeping on a cloud - great support, absolutely no pain or discomfort. I had the most amazing, comfortable sleep. It gets better every night as my body is able to have a proper rest. When I called to ask some questions about the mattress, Lisa was very patient (I had lots!) and super helpful. Order to delivery exceeded expectations just as much as the mattress quality itself.
