This was a gift from generous grandpa. Decent jumping but the roof has been very disappointing and broken already. Not very sturdy.
Purchased in for $2,300.

Hi there, We can confirm that the trampoline itself has a full 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects, however the accessories come with a 12 month warranty which is why we're unable to replace this under warranty. The Springfree Trampoline Team
For a couple of thousand dollars I expect far better durability. A 12-month warranty on an essential part like the roof is nowhere near good enough. And just to be clear - under Australian Consumer Law, warranties don’t override consumer guarantees. A product is required to last a reasonable amount of time, and 12 months for a premium-priced trampoline accessory is not reasonable. Saying you ‘can’t replace it because the 12-month warranty expired’ ignores your legal obligations.
Just adding that they've advised a 12 month warranty applies...so declined to replace. Interesting they don't seem to have a concept of consumer protections...12 month sounds weak for a trampoline
