Lily's is run from up on the border between New South Wales and Queensland, so the friendly voice on the phone and the website you used were our end, and a partner florist in West Mackay made your bunch and got it to the receiver. 'Everyone involved' is more spread out than it looks, then. Your thanks travels a good way up the coast, not just around the corner in Mackay.
