I live in UK and wanted to send my oldest friend in Sheidow Park some flowers for her birthday but had left it late so messaged Lily’s, which seemed local to her, the night before (my time) and they delivered the same day as promised. The arrangement that arrived for my daughters birthday was beautiful. However, when my daughter sent me a photo she took of the arrangement, I was genuinely surprised at the size of the arrangement. It was smaller than I had anticipated. But again, it was a beautiful arrangement

Follow-up · The flowers are as in the image. They were for my sister's birthday. The actual flower arrangment was bigger than shown in the image and beautifully presented. They arrive on time, in perfect condition. The courier fee was so reasonable at only $16.00

My friend sent me photos of the flowers she received ( I live in UK so picked a florist close to where she and her husband lived). She was really delighted with them as was I. It is always a bit of ‘a shot in the dark’ when ordering from so far away. She was also delighted with the delivery as the lady delivering was the same one as arranged the display. Very personal service. Would highly recommend this florist.

I paid for a deluxe arrangement of natives. It came with 4 flowers. The arrangement was unfinished and looked like a child had placed the ribbon on the box. Very disappointed. I did get 25% refunded but a to spend $165 for some greenery is just not good enough.
I found the receptionist at Lily's Florist to be very friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the flower arrangement sent to a family member. In hindsight, I should have been more specific about the types of flowers I wanted. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel the arrangement reflected the cost. I’ll know to provide clearer instructions next time.
Flowers were ordered for the Friday and when we rang our daughter on Sunday for her Birthdat she had not received the flowers, they had been delivered to the next door neighbour who was overseas. The neighbour noticed on his telephone camera and rang our daughter to check, she did and they had been sitting at their front door since Friday. Needs a better system of delivery.
