I urgently needed Sympathy flowers for my girlfriend over in Perth. I'm in NZ and I typed in the suburb and florist and Lily's came up. It was the easiest sight to register onto and source the right flowers. and then I got a thank you message the next day to say that they had been delivered and just beautiful.

Not the flowers I ordered online. Message was sent via email that the flowers I wanted weren't available. The flowers sent, were disgusting and I ordered an ex-large bunch. Not worth the money I spent. Won't be using this company again. Really disappointed with the flowers.

Easy to order from web site however I was disappointed that the bunch did not include any white roses when the description was of white roses and lillies.

Follow-up · Yes the Delivery was on the Day I wanted them delivered. I believe the flowers lasted 2 and half weeks. I'm not totally sure, though it was a beautiful bouquet. The lady loved them and that's all that matters me.

reassurance. I phoned Lily's and the person I spoke to was friendly, professional and helpful. The flowers were delivered on the requested day for my daughter's 50th birthday and they were beautiful. I will only use Lily's from now on for flowers.

Flowers were delivered on the same day, which was great. I did order pastels for a new baby girl but the flowers were brighter than I was expecting so I was a little disappointed.
Follow-up · Yes the flowers were nice and fresh. The arrangement was the same style but not the same colour as the picture and yes the packagaing protected the arrangement.

i only saw a photograph of flowers and as in had paid extra did not feel there were extra flowers but i could be wrong as i said i only saw a photograph the flowers arrived on time and receiver was very happy

Flowers arrived at time specified, thank you. I felt the flowers/bunch was on the small side…nothing like photo on website. Looked a little like a bunch from a supermarket. Sorry, I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt you needed this feedback.
I’ve already written a review elsewhere but the crux of it was, the flowers delivered looked nothing like what I’d ordered, size wise & colour wise. I also thought I’d selected a bunch without gerbera’s because I don’t like them, but 50% of the bunch delivered were gerbera’s.
I was disappointed that the flowers didn’t arrive the day they were supposed to and that the chocolates were only a block not a nice box. Considering the price point I wasn’t impressed!
