I tried ordering from the UK a birthday greeting for a friend in Sydney but had no joy at all with another florist picked at random. Left with only few days to correct this, I went to Lily's online. They came through like champs! My order arrived on time and was beautiful and well appreciated. Lily's is certainly in my address book as my go to for flowers in Australia. Thank you, Lily's.

Flowers were delivered on the same day, which was great. I did order pastels for a new baby girl but the flowers were brighter than I was expecting so I was a little disappointed.

Person who dealt with me seemed very short with me. The message was not taken down quite right but I didn't want to upset them by correcting them. I felt I was an inconvenience. Maybe they were having a bad day? The flowers bought great joy and were delivered on time. They also lived up to my expectations and I am very happy with the end result.

that easy to find by listing the cities and not just the driving range. Their pricing was very fair and I was able to get a package that included a nice box of chocolates! Deliveries were to start after 2pm but the flowers arrived hours earlier, with there being no issues getting them to her front door. She loved them and so did I! It was an extremely easy process and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Everything was so easy on the website to choose and place my order. When my Mum received the flowers they were PERFECT!!!! Purple was the colour I asked for and they were exquisite

Easy to navigate website. Lots of choices between bunches and arrangements with vases. Good selection of extra gifts like chocolates and teddy bears. Ordered 2 bunches with vases for 2 relatives. Ordered the Bright Bunch and also the Pastel Collection. Family were very happy with them.

I was led to believe they were a local florist in the area where the flowers needed to go, they were delivered 2 days after the order was placed and the flowers were nothing like the pastel flowers I ordered and definitely not worth the money, they looked like something you pick at Coles or Woolworths. I ordered flowers from interstate for a friend who had undergone an operation. I spent $100 expecting a reasonably large bouquet to be delivered to the hospital for her. Although the delivery was fast the bouquet itself was quite dismal in size. I was quite disheartened when sent a photo of what i had sent from my grandson and I.

Well I don't know what I got for the $200 I spent because their policy is not to take photos! Poor form all round. "Roses Only" take a photo of every bouquet they make. that's exactly what arrived. Our friend was feeling vulnerable and when these arrived it had an immediate warming effect and picked her up. We can't thank Lily's florist enough for the excellent service. It was easy to order and I felt confident what I ordered would be exactly what arrived even when I asked the deliverer to wait and hand them in person.theyvooened slowly over a few days and delivered so much joy. I live in the United States and searched the internet for a local florist to send flowers to my family. I have used different florist in the past, however, I found Lily’s florist to be the best in service, price, easiness of ordering online and delivery service. The flowers that arrived were not as pictured on the website. I paid extra so that the ones pictured online were the ones sent. I emailed this company immediately after they were delivered & have had no response. Now they want a review???

“bright” coloured post - I accepted & paid $103.00 including delivery. My sister-in-law was surprised & delighted to receive them but when she put them in a vase & sent me a photo I was very disappointed. I shared with my friends who agreed with me - I will load up the photo below so you can be the judge. I will not use this florist again. Disappointed customer.

 Follow-up  · I have not seen the flowers as I do not live in the area I am only going on what I have been told & saw the photo sent to me by the recipient. It was a bright coloured posy & delivered on the day as requested. The photo shows them to be fresh. I was disappointed in the arrangement being made from a florist and costing me $103.00. I felt I could have done better buying from the supermarket.

I have sent x 2 emails to explain my disgust in the flower presentation from you.. The flowers started to wilt after x 1 day and to be thrown out after x 4 days.. I have sent photos twice to you , and no response.. No, I was not happy especially for the cost, and the fact that my daughter certainly did not have the time to enjoy them

 Follow-up  · Absolute disgust with Lily's florist...Have already responded with the whole process, OR LACK OF IT.. The whole floral presentation started dying the day after my daughter received it.. Have sent emails and photos with absolutely no response or apology..Will certainly inform my friends not to go there..

You want a review on delivery for a few days time. I really hope you haven’t delivered yet. Have rang about 8 times, NO answer, sent email as per your robot message service and again no answer. To say I’m not happy is an understatement. Very poor customer service. Very easy to accept order and take money and then ???!

 Follow-up  · Have had no response from the company at all. Delivery did occur on correct day, quite late. Would I use this company again, absolutely not. After taking order, money, nothing but headaches about delivery and no response. Very poor.

Ordered flowers online for a funeral in Adelaide and feedback from family was very positive. Delivery was on time and flowers were beautiful. I do not live in Australia but feel confident that I can rely on Lily’s to deliver beautiful flowers for future occasion.

seem to care and said finally there was a glitch and they might be able to may be deliver the next day - waited - nothing so rang back next day and spoke to another nice lady who took a while to find it in the system and said that the transaction hadnt gone through even though I got a confirmation e-mail - the lady put me through to a young lady in 'support' with attitude and was trying to blame me because she couldnt find it at first and cared even less - the main thing is my 85 y.o. mum waited all day - she had nothing else or anyone else to give her anything - I run a small family business and know things happen but it was the attitude of the 2 young ones which was disappointing that needs to be addressed - Thanks have a nice day

care for their delivery. Took 13 seconds to take my money and around 100,000 seconds to deliver my flowers. When I tried to find out why they hadn't been delivered on Friday morning, your website told me "we can't update you of delivery status".

Very disappointed as website advised they could deliver the same day in that location and they did not, also flowers arrived were very tired and overall not impressed. 2 stars are for their attempts to communicate, will not use again.
