Great trampoline – This trampoline has been a god scent for our kids for the past 11 years. We have regularly maintained it by replacing parts on it over the 11 years. The sad part has been of recent. Were we have regularly serviced it, it has meant that there are parts that springfree no longer manufacture, and when we requested new parts we were sent the wrong parts but were charged for the correct parts. It's been 3 weeks now and still do not have the parts we requested, i have contacted springfree several times and promised return calls and don't hear back until I then have to chase them up again. Previously the customer service from this company has been amazing, but over the past month has been so disappointing. I understand that due to covid it does change delivery times but updating customers when they say they will call you back, but dont then you wait the next 24hrs for the call but then have to call them again, it's not good enough
