Hi Tim, We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review. On your initial contact, we did ask for your contact details so that we could discuss this with you but did not receive these so have been unable to provide you any clarity. Our recommendation is for one jumper at a time. Springfree Trampoline is Australia's safest trampoline and we have eliminated 90% of trampoline related injuries by how our product is made, however, the one thing that we can't eliminate is jumpers crashing into each other on the trampoline which is why this recommendation is provided to our customers. We are sorry to hear about the issue you've had with the mat and net rods, and your concern regarding the warranty on the frame, however, as previously advised, we would be happy to assist you with these further if you provide your contact details for us. Regards. The Springfree Team.
