HomeProfessional — DO NOT waist your money – Absolutely money scamming manufacturer, we purchased a Home professional machine that was made in Germany. They sold it to us as being the top product of its kind! Unfortunately, we did fall for this trap. The machine is rusting within the year of purchase. We called Bosch to advise them of the rust. They were very defensive saying this is a non-warrantee issue because it’s cosmetic. So they are telling us the machine is rusting and it’s not warranted because it’s cosmetic. Since when a rust in a year-old machine is a non-warranty.

They approved the works out of Goodwill. However, it was during Covid lockdown we did ring back they needed a serial number. We could not provide it at that time. We went back a little time later again they were happy to take the hand up and say sorry the offer is no longer existing. We were doing it out of Goodwill in the first place I would not invest in any Bosch products any longer. Asko is the way to go.
