Thank you, Shayne. Mudgee's a fair way inland, past the ranges, so getting a white bunch out there looking composed and arriving on the promised day takes a florist in town who knows the run. White's a particular choice too. People reach for it when they want something calm and considered rather than loud, and it asks for clean work to look its best.
