Our 9 year trampoline still going strong- tear in net replaced this year – We upgraded our round Springfree trampoline in 2013 to a large oval one. It has lasted us almost 10 years without needing any repairs and was used weekly by our teenagers and their friends. This year we noticed a tear in the net and Springfree sent us the replacement. Sadly our trampoline was purchased before the 10 year warranty so we did have to pay for the replacement net and one pole. I sent in a whole lot of photos to check that it was still ok as the yellow tape on the mat was fraying. We are moving our beloved trampoline to another family this year and wanted to check it was fully safe. Springfree assured us that the yellow tape was not structural and should be removed to prevent tripping hazard. They indicated the trampoline was structurally sound and safe to dismantle and transport to a new location. The net and one pole arrived as expected within two weeks. We are going to be putting the net up when we transfer the trampoline in the coming weeks to its new location. The trampoline will get much more use in its new location with a family with 3 boys under 16.
