Best customer service in Australia – Just wanted to thank Springfree Trampolines not only for their great product (kids love it!) but also for their terrific customer service, probably the best I've had in Australia.

I recently needed the trampoline taken apart to make space for an event. Springfree came on time, pulled it apart, neatly boxed everything and stored it for me in my garage, exactly where I had asked (I wasn't home when they came).

The event has passed and now my kids want the trampoline back! Fortunately Springfree called me to ask if I need it reassembled, also providing me with a short list of items that might need replacing due to wear and tear.

We booked it in over the phone, ordered replacements for the old and damaged parts, and they set it up even quicker than they took it apart.

In summary; great product, great service.
