Not great – After contacting spring free trampoline staff over the phone regarding missing ladder from order the person on phone just brushed me off by saying it’s on its way without even looking up my order number. Now unfortunately I am presenting my kids a trampoline without a ladder in Xmas day. I ordered it months ago.

In looking into this further for you we can advise that this was with a third party freight company for delivery and has gone missing, however, we have since arranged to have this reshipped to you ASAP.
