Quality product and fantastic service – When I installed this I had some missing parts. The springfree guys were able to deliver the parts within 4 hours of making the service call. Amazing service. I ended up installing it myself in just under 3 hours and although some of the rod installs were challenging as others have mentioned, the other components were quite easy. The trampoline itself is fantastic. It's solid and easy enough to move around over grass by yourself. It is big but seems really safe.My 2 boys absolutely love it.
