Best investment ever! – We purchased the R54 planning to assemble it ourselves, however because the instructions were initially neglected by the person who tried to start assembling it, they made an error. This caused issues that we couldn't fix ourselves. We had multiple people working together to try fix it, but we ended up booking a Springfree Installation person to come and correct it. They were really friendly and fixed everything in 15mins! So quick and worth it- would recommend booking installation because it was incredible how quick and easily they did it. It has been great- dries quickly and very sturdy. We had windy weather that wrecked and moved trampolines on neighbouring properties, but ours was untouched and completely fine. My hubby also enjoys hopping on it every now and then, and I struggle to get our 6 year old off it! I love that it encourages outdoor play and is safe. We often joke it's our best investment ever!
