Depends on the store – I have dealt with two stores - Parramatta and Lewisham - and I think it depends on the store and who you get on the day.

I found Parramatta to be as some posters mention in here - they seem disinterested in your business when you walk in there. I wonder if this is because they have a lot of commercial trade due to publicity from The Block. There is, after all, a LOT of high rise going on and so they hardly need walk in trade to keep them in business.

Anyway, that's how I felt in Parramatta until I got proactive and friendly with a staff member and was helped and he went out of his way too. Got treated well from the beginning in Lewisham and would favour them in future.
