OK – During my travel with Jetstar, the return flights were both on time, so I have nothing to complain about it. I did worry at check-in when I was told that it might be late as I've got a connection flight. There is no notification of the gate change though. I was told at checkin to boarding from gate 2, yet after walked there, the flight from there was to a different destination. Until I asked around, I finally found out the boarding gate has just changed to Gate 3. Luckily I was not in a rush. Obviously it is the low fares. The cheaper price makes this airline really poluplar for family holiday travel plan. The hygiene can be a worry to some customers. This is something definitely could be improved.
