Hi I was told the warranty is linked with the serial numbers which I provided. I'm also still waiting on the rod holders any idea when they are coming?

Hi Trent, unfortunately as noted above, the warranty is not linked with the serial numbers - it is valid for the original purchaser only. According to the tracking details, your replacements parts were delivered on 10th November. If this is not the case, please let us know so that we can look into this further for you. Thank you for providing your feedback, Trent. As per the warranty leaflet the warranty is nontransferable and only applicable to the original purchaser. Without a copy of the original purchase, we are unable to confirm the specific age of the trampoline, further to this based on the photos you provided it would not have been a warranted issue as it is not a manufacturing defect.
