Very happy long term owner – We purchased this trampoline over 10 years ago and the kids (now 9 and 11) have grown up using it. We have replaced the mat x 1 and recently a few of the “springs” . Communication with the company was easy and they were really helpful. Installation videos available. It’s fantastic to be able to repair something for a reasonable price. I always recommend Springfree to friends if they ask about trampolines.
