I cannot overrate how much our children love using it. Secondly, we have had the large square for 4 years now, it has been well looked after, however we had a problem with a zipper on the safety net. I was amazed when I was contacted by phone the same day I lodged an online warranty claim. The claims process was very smooth and the following day, the claim had been approved.
