Installation is horrendous – In all reality the Springfree trampoline has been the best investment we have made for entertaining kids. When it is up and assembled it has provided hours of entertainment. It is reliable and as a parent I don’t worry for their safety. Where it all falls apart is the assembly. We have attempted replacing the mat after 8 years of constant use and it is impossible. Hours spent watching the ‘diy’ vireos online, bruised and blistered hands and sits still in pieces. Attempts to have help from external agencies has failed. For this reason alone I would think long and hard about purchasing his brand again- with regret as it really is great when it’s up and functioning.
