Great experience through the process and delighted with the result! – Very happy with the initial engagement with the sales team (Leo); who provided good communication and answered all the questions to my satisfaction. He was very clear on next steps in the sales process - and managed the process quickly and clearly.

This was further followed up by the installation team (Peter) who communicated clearly and was able to book me in quickly. He also organized the installation process with the Onsite Team, activation and registration with my energy supplier. Nice clear steps - and was kept well informed.

Installation Team was quick and efficient - called the evening before to confirm the Booking - and showed up at the agreed time. Team discussed the plan well with myself and got on with the job. Panels were installed and Inverter installed/wired - and system was up and running within a few hours.

Accounts team then follow-up up accordingly and help closed the outstanding balance; and aligned with my energy supplier for the next steps.
