Lies about delivery timeframes and tried to blame Aus Post and ebay policies.

Purchased 2 x micro USB cards which stated many in stock. Advert stated usually sends within 1 working day, and delivery expected within 5-7 days. Purchase was made for a trip leaving in 9 days and used a parcel locker to ensure it was available ASAP.
As soon as you pay for your order you receive an email which quotes much longer delivery times than stated on the advert.. Direct quote from the email: "Estimated Handling Time: 3 - 8 Working Days (*The estimated handling time excludes public holidays and courier transit time; *For estimated only.)"
I contacted them to enquire and was advised that "after checking with our relevant team, we regret to inform you that there has been an unexpected shipment delay for this item." Funnily enough, every item of feedback relating to long delivery has a response from the seller "Unexpected shipment delay for the item. We apologize for any inconvenience." Unexpected ??? .... Perhaps they should start to expect it if it is happening so often?

In short, despite following up and being told that my order had been dispatched on day 3, Aus Post tracking lists it as being submitted on day 7 and picked up on day 11.

Regular lies and deceiving information ... I will not be purchasing from them again, and would highly recommend nobody else does either.
