Amazing product and faultless service – My family has had traditional trampolines in the past. After our second trampoline had to be replaced because of rusted springs and frame, I took the plunge and got a Springfree trampoline. I enquired online and followed up with a phone call. The helpfulness of the staff could not be faulted. I ended up getting the square 3.4 x 3.4 trampoline. I also paid a bit extra to get it professional installed. It arrived within a week and the installer came the same day. It was up and operational within an hour. Now I can’t get my 8, 10 and 12 year old off it. They report the trampoline is less jarring and much more bouncy. As a parent I am completely satisfied it is strong, sturdy and safe (no springs and an amazing side net) It was a seemless and easy process and my family could not be more happy with the trampoline. My only regret is that I didn’t get a Springfree trampoline years ago instead of persisting with old style trampolines.
