For actual bouncing love it but accessories not so much! – I feel confident in the springfree safety factor which is indeed the most important and also the oval shape is a huge help for our garden shape. But I have to say their range/type of accessories is rather disappointing. The step stool doesn’t really have a wide enough platform and more frustrating is they don’t have a sunshade/cover that actually “covers” the top of the trampoline. The sun shade they have has a gap all around it. It means that debris/leaves (from adjacent trees - there is not tree overhead) get in. This increases the moss build up and also seeds are staining the mat. I’m sure it might be able to be scrubbed off but we’ve only had it 1 month and I don’t want to have to be scrubbing it each week. If they had a design similar to the Vuly cover it would avoid this.
I would consider another brand if you think this might be an issue for you.

Hi there Lauren, We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. As mentioned previously, unfortunately our sunshade is designed specifically as a sunshade, and it's what we class as a temporary accessory as it should be removed from the trampoline in adverse weather etc. It is made to protect the kids from the sun whilst jumping and is not intended to stop debris falling onto the trampoline. The way the sunshades are manufactured is why they are the size and shape that they are and this allows them to work with our flexible net and net poles best to allow safe jumping for your little ones. Regards, The Springfree Trampoline Team.
