Not Built To Last! Isn't What They Say? – A word of warning for anyone thinking of buying a spring free trampoline. What was sold to us as a quality purchase, after only 3 years, Springfree are holding us to ransom, demanding a $600 repair estimate before they put the thing up again after a move. After some arguments they have relented only to demand that the minor thread pull be repaired, once again before they put it back up, and an additional $108 worth of poles to be replaced. They keep coming back with safety concerns, which I find pretty pathetic considering the thing is only 3 years old, why are the poles requiring a replacement? Is that what you expect from a $1600 purchase that was supposed to last a lot longer? Please be warned, my experience with them has been very very poor, there are other options now on the market I suggest you look into them.
