Was a challenge dismantling the tramp and re-assembling for its relocation – The frame needed some repairs to remove rust, with angle grinder, primer and paint required 8 out of the 40 plastic mat pockets broke during dis-assembly and re-installation and a further 2 exploded on the first use. We ordered 3 separate deliveries of replacement bits, friendly service and reasonably quick delivery Email questions regarding doubtful material selection, UV degradation and design weakness in the mat pocket design and manufacture remain unanswered, despite promises from spare parts sales person to investigate and come back to me Not impressed!

Still no response from the manufacturer March 2023 The plastic mat pocket parts continue to shatter and explode during use, with the springs flying out, and on one occasion impacting the stomach of an adult causing an impressive bruise It is absolutely clear in my view that the design and material selection of these parts of first generation tramps must have been incompetent. (Personal opinion backed up by my professional experience) Supplier happy to charge lots for the replacement parts but fails to acknowledge that this is a defective design I would have expected that, as a minimum, after I had contacted them 3 or 4 times to order replacement parts that they might have offered a no cost replacement once! I’d further point out that in the event that a mat pocket plastic bit fails, the only way to replace it requires the net to be dismantled and redone, it’s near impossible to get the spring back into the mat pocket when the hole at the base of the net restricts the movement of the loose spring This tramp is destined for the next Council hard rubbish collection Rubbish!
Hi Rob, We're sorry to hear that you had difficulty with your trampoline and that our consultant hasn't gotten back to you with the details you discussed. Looking at your file, and noting that we don't appear to have your original purchase on file, it's very hard to advise on how these issues have come about not knowing the age or even model of your trampoline. We do make improvements on our product and manufacturing processes year after year to eliminate any concerns so we do apologise that this has been your experience.
