Disappointed Springfree customer – Trampoline bought for Christmas in 2010. Kids have used it rarely over the years. The zipper has ripped & the base of the mat has fallen apart at entry. Stitching has failed in both areas. I checked my invoice when I bought the tramp and there was no mention of warranty cover so went to check their website to see what the warranty was and found that they offered a 10 year warranty 'on the entire trampoline as standard' I thought good this justified the premium price paid at the time of purchase. Contacted Springfree only to be told that my trampoline (R79) same model as sold today (Nov'19) was only covered with a 2 year warranty & the 10 year support did not start until Sept 2017. The quote provided to replace the Mat & Netting is $558. Ridiculous.

In 2010 when your purchased your trampoline the warranty was 2 years on the mat, net and rods and 10 years on the frames. We have over the year made changes and improvements to our product to improve the quality and to ensure we can supply our customers with the best product we can. Since you purchased in 2010 we have released 3 versions of the R79 Medium Round. As you stated in September 2017 we released our 10 year warranty on all components as we just released our newest generation of trampolines and wanted to provide our customers with the ease of mind that our product is going to last.
