Double Charged! Won't return deposit! – A simple one way trip from Ballina to the Gold Coast has turned into an admin nightmare. The bond payment of 490 dollars charged on the day of vehicle pick up has never been returned!

After explaining the situation and sending bank statements to their awful customer service multiple times, they still refuse to issue me a refund, saying that they have sent a reversal request to cancel the hold amount.

Unfortunately the bank says they did this 3 weeks too late.

I have had to launch a dispute on the charge with my bank now as it seems to be the only option for me to get my hold amount back.

Shocking customer service, double charging, zero acknowledgement and hours of my wasted time over a simple deposit reversal. Far more than the two hours I actually had the car.
