Fraudulent charges – Car was ok. After hire service complete crap. Unauthorized charges appeared on my credit card. Charged $600 after an accident even though purchased nil excess rental. No valid explanation could be given by the company. They offered to reverse the charges but I would have to reimburse their insurers for the cost of the damage repairs. I'll be reporting the whole experience to the ACCC.
