Realy happy! – You can always guarantee when I get a 'free postage' emails I'll purchase from Booktopia, compare to other Australian book shops and websites the prices are fantastic. Also the postage is really quick if they have the product in stock, not overly long if they don't. I ordered a book on a Friday and I had it by the Tuesday, which was really unexpected. Books are always in good condition! Books are always in good condition and the postage on in stock items is super fast. Also the after sales service is brilliant and they keep you up to date all the way :) Free postage special are brilliant and the emails on products is also fantastic.. Prices can be a bit steep, but I think that's true of all Australian booksellers and is out of there control, the free postage specials that happen now and again are a massive incentive!
