Kids love it – In the initial research phase we visited the showroom and called the customer service number with a number of different questions. Both the sales person at the showroom and the customer service representative on the phone were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The product itself is sturdy and feels very safe. The design also looks nice in our backyard. Would recommend
