Ordered several items in a sale. 10 days later they cancelled the order due no stock. 10 days. Would have had the goods if they packed my order straight way. Stick your sales....

order. I pointed out that, my last order was also wrong. They said sorry and that I knew their process. Their process is to wait until you return the shoes and then they give you a refund. THEY DONT SEND YOU THE CORRECT SHOES. If you want them you have to order them again and hope they turn up. They offered 10% for their 2x poor service. Needless to say I'm not using the discount and that they have lost a customer.

and I would miss out. And they have stopped making them now. I'm so sad. I love them because they have sooooo much support, are very light, no shoelaces are needed, you can throw them into the washing machine and they came up amazing, like new, without any damage to the shoes!! Who can ask for more!??

them outdoors in any case. There are two major problems. The first is the zippers at the knees. They serve no purpose I can discern, and when you sit down they're very cold as they're metal. On top of that, they rub on one's knees. The second problem is sizing. My pair are XL, or 36" waist. I am actually 38" and the darn things fall down all the time! Doesn't matter how tightly I do up the drawstring, when I get up to walk around the house, they're falling down.
These pants are well-made, alas in China, and the fittings are of good quality. The zippers are as mentioned, metal and very good quality. The zipper plackets are perfectly matched colour-wise to the very thick knit cotton material, as is the drawstring. They are generally quite warm, apart from the heat loss through the knee zippers. My wife sewed strips of material behind the knees to reduce the heat loss, but my upper knees remain cold when seated. The front pockets are also zippered, with an additional press-stud closure. There's a layer of material underneath the pocket so there's no skin contact with metal.
I purchased my pair from Iconic, at a reasonable price but it did rather annoyingly go down further. I wouldn't recommend these pants. Theoretically they should be warm and snug with the heavy knit material, but they're let down by the silly knee zippers and the insecure waist fastening and/or poor sizing or waist elastic.
