extreme high heat that the frypan had become non-stick.

We did everything the store recommended from starting off with low heat and increasing slowly, then washing only when the frypan has cooled down.

What a waste of money! Gone back to Bacarat!

Anolon X is NOT non-stick – Terrible product. Definitely not non-stick. Anolon Customer Service didn't want to know about it. Instead, gave me instructions on how to fry an egg. Felt very patronising. Was hoping for a refund or to swap them, but have since been ignored.
