simple and straightforward. However, they do not clearly state that Final Sale items cannot be exchanged. This information is hidden in a separate section that many customers may never see.

I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply wanted to exchange the item for a different size because it didn’t fit. Even after explaining that I was unaware of this hidden condition, they refused to help.

If a policy is important enough to deny customers an exchange, it should be clearly displayed on the main return policy page, not buried in another section. I believe this is misleading and unfair to customers.
