When batteries leak, that's a concern. If they are old, understandable. The battery I'm referring to is dated 12/2030 I've contacted Energizer and… Read more

they offered $7.98 saying it was the going rate. I can't buy a new 4 pack for under $8.25 I have to accept their terms or nothing!

Decent size and weight for the price – Testing the capacity by charging my phone twice over 3 days and it seems the capacity is about 6500mAh, not 10,000mAh like advertised. It was $20… Read more

from Aldi though, so I didn't expect it'd actually be 10k, and am ok with that price for 6500mAh. Size and weight are ok, and the ports available where what I needed.

Energizer Hard Case Professional Rugged Headlamp – I purchased this from Bunnings for $49.98, to use when out walking my dog in the early morning. The headlamp appears to be well constructed and fits… Read more

comfortably on my head. The light, selectable between flood, spot and combined, both with a high/low setting, is sufficient at walking speed. The light head pivots up and down and holds in place, where it's put. Battery life seems good so far. The construction of the remote battery pack mounted on the rear of the headband seems suitable to last for enough time to get the value out of the purchase. There is not a lot of light throw from this headlamp, I've found it most useable within a 10m range, after that it's too soft and lacks definition. The packaging claims 100m but tthere is no useable light from this headlamp at that range. The largest diameter of the adjustable headband is maybe a tad conservative, I found it quite snug when worn over a beanie. This is a good headlamp for unlit indoor use, partially lit outdoor use or unlit outdoors where you don't need light throw past 20m.

Same problems as others stops working – Thought it was a good torch, awfully expensive, worked fine for a while, but chewed through batteries even when not being used. Now wont turn on at all. Stay away, far away, from anything with Energizer and Torch on the same label.

packs and found that 2 of these 5 Energizer rechargers were faulty, and they have not ever been put to use! Also found that the expensive energiser rechargeable batteries that come with these chargers (photo below) cannot even hold their charge for 3 months!

So folks, be weary buying these for an emergency because if the time ever comes when one needs them They are not reliable, and they most certainly do not "keep going and going" as per their media advertising rot.

Won’t stay on – Extremely un innovative design, Touch Tech easy to turn on granted - then get this - it stupidly turns off soon as you put it down to see anything - needs a switch

Useless - waste of money – I have found energiser batteries to be pretty useless over the years But - Unfortunately, they are often the only batteries easily available. This… Read more

latest CR1620 button battery for a car key fob was bought from Big W for $7 on October 21st. 2023 - [that has prompted this review] - tested half discharged - when taken from packet before fitting. The problem is that nowadays there is no way to test batteries before purchase - as there used to be - and it is not practical to return a dud battery like this once it has been removed from the packaging. What is the solution? Can a customer ask the service desk to test a battery before purchase to make sure it has a full charge?
