unusable now as live 240v wiring is exposed posing a big safety issue, and the broken plastic is very sharp. I would be surprised if this product complied to Australian standards, and in my opinion it is worthy of a safety recall. I’ve tried contacting everfit 3 times now to ask about buying the spare part (yes I was happy to pay for it), but have not had a single reply email. Very poor customer service! Based on this experience I would never purchase from them again.

able to help supplying a replacement battery. Considering the battery is a major component of a ebike, I would have thought Everfit would have been able to assist is purchasing. As I said, i like this product, just a shame about the after sales service
Disgraceful – Used for 4 hrs max and now not working. No interest in helping to get repair as it is 1 month out of warranty. Would not use this company ever again. My advice is to STAY CLEAR!

The box of parts arrived, with an instruction book.
The instructions are not very clear, so I put the parts together by referring to the diagram (and then I tried that again) when the box of parts was almost empty, I started tightening everything up.
Strapped myself in and hung upside down. So far I am liking it.
The removable bar on the back part of the frame is a bit different to the one in the diagrams, but this has been updated and is better.
