There is no peeling anywhere else. It looks cheaper than a supermarket bottle!

I would like a replacement but they WONT as they don't design the bottle to be washed with or submerged in water!!!! I'm still laughing at the I irony.

It's really dissapointing for both the gifter and giftee.

The supermarket would at least take it back.

Leaks, as you can see in the pic. Too many parts, cleaning it is a real pain! The push top is a ridiculous design ! I do not recommend this product.

the bottle on their website, there were no options to apply the promo nor did it automatically reduce the shipping price (ISSUE 1)

Upon receiving the bottle ordered (which was meant to be a Christmas gift for my boss, I noticed that the pay wave tab was not there (ISSUE 2)

I selected this option as it would come in handy for my boss who is constantly on the go. I emailed FG on the 18/12/20 to advise that the bottle didn't come with the paywave tab - waited ...... Christmas fast approaching and no reply (ISSUE 3)

Christmas came around and I couldn't give the gift I intended to my boss. On the 29/12/20 I emailed FG to follow up my initial email. Again ... No Reply. (ISSUE 4)

I tried to find a contact number, I had to dig a bit to discover a landline based in VIC, tried calling that and it kept going to answering machine (ISSUE 5)

Finally FG rep (Alyce) got back to me on the 31/12/20 and replied: "I'm sorry to hear you have had issues with the coupon code. Please use the following code : CPUNjDdrUgLE. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions - we are more than happy to chat!"

Her reply was completely irrelevant to my feedback relating the missing paywave tab which was meant to be on the bottom of the bottle. (ISSUE 6)

It's now the 08/01/21 and I have heard nothing since. I am so appalled that a company can get away with charging customers a fair amount for plastic bottles and not have any proper customer service channels or platforms.

Please consider before you buy!
