I have purchased 3 coffee keep cups (among a lot of other products). The first one the lid leaked so I purchased what I thought was a replacement lid. Turns out I purchased the lid hull!!!! and I needed to purchase the button for another $5.95 for a small piece of plastic. What is even more disappointing is I purchased one as a gift and that has leaked as well! Seriously overhyped and not worth the money paid!

know it’s a “Lucky Box” and you don’t get to choose the colours, but surely there’s some sort of colour coordination when putting them together?? Especially for how expensive it is.

Water bottle scratch – We brought four water bottles from frank green and they accidentally sent us 1.8mm straw instead of 1.7mm for one of the bottles. Frank Green would not provide a replacement lid as I did not have a receipt (so check for leaks before gifting or gift with receipt!). They would also not provide a reply paid envelope to send the bottle back for recycling which is beyond disappointing as sustainability is supposedly ‘part of Frank Green’s philosophy’. It’s a real shame that they don’t stand by their product.

Customer service makes it even worse. Even though they have a physical store, there’s basically no real support there. You’re told to contact them through Instagram, and after 3 days, there’s still no response at all. That’s honestly unacceptable.
Overall, I’m really disappointed. It’s overpriced, poor quality, and the lack of any customer care just makes the whole experience worse.

I think this is the biggest fad! This is one year of owning my Frank Green water bottle. It's constantly mouldy and I have to clean it more than any other bottle I've owned. The straw always breaks and the strap has snapped 3 times. Yes they look good initially, but for $75 a bottle I believe they are a rip off!

“environmental factors” are responsible for the rust feels dismissive and inconsistent with my own experience. Both bottles have been treated in exactly the same way—so who’s to say this isn’t the result of a manufacturing fault or something missed during production? The warranty process only added to my frustration. It was far more difficult than it needed to be: uploading excessive information online, having my inquiry closed simply because I didn’t respond to an automated email, and ultimately being told the issue wasn’t Frank Green’s responsibility. This entire process does not reflect the values of sustainability, quality, or customer care that the brand promotes. If your products aren’t fit for high‑humidity environments, why continue selling them in those regions? Given all of this, I’ll be leaving a review and won’t be purchasing from Frank Green again.

Absolutely disgraceful product. Paid close to $100. Within a couple of days, it was dented and scratched. The material is sooo cheap and nasty. So soft that it basically dents if you look at it. Spoke to customer service who were extremely unhelpful. Do not waste your money.

that I have had for three years and there’s been no wear AT ALL, not even a chip. So I emailed them. The response was absolutely no accountability, no replacement, absolutely nothing. So as you can imagine, I’m super disappointed. I would usually buy Frank green items for my kids and their partners for birthdays etc - again, their products have not chipped or worn this quickly. But I’ll be moving on now. The most disappointing part of this particular experience was the customer service. I can live with a chipped coffee cup, but I won’t support a business that don’t take ownership of a defective product.

Granted, they are ok with replacing broken lids (only if u can locate order number ) & leaking lids but this does not help when paint peels off n large clumps from my coffee cup that is apparently now out of 12 month warranty. This shouldn't happen EVER with a coffee cup. Absolutely disappointing & i wont be purchasing anything from FG in the future. So over priced & poor quality considering it is an Australian grown product!! Very sad quality.

started to peel without being in the dishwasher or any abrasive cleaning at all. 4 month now, it peels like crazy. Reached out to customer service [Name Removed] online and team leader [Name Removed], all cam back telling me is water damage outside of warranty. No one was able to answer my question why out of 5 bottles I purchased, only this one appeared to be the "lemon". So disappointing. Peeling transfrred from the bottle to our kitchen bench, plate, lunch bag, school bag, mixed in water inside of the bottle. Gosh I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased 2 Frank Green Ceramic Coffee Mugs 4 months ago. Inside both mugs smells and the coffee tastes tainted by something toxic. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Frank Green sucks!! They charge you when you need to return an item. They also deduct the shipping costs both ways. I paid $71.85 for 2 cups including shipping and got a refund of $52. That sucks! Don’t buy from these money grabbers!

I have one of the older coffee cups with the pay chip in the base. The chip stopped working when it still had credit then the whole area bulged so the cup is no longer useful. I contacted the company but they won't help because it's outside for 12 months. So much for the lofty ideals of repair or recycle as part of the company's policy. So more thermosets going into landfill for the next thousand years. Very unimpressed.
My 1L frank Green bottle is pretty good - I've been using it for a year with no issues. The coffee mug, however, is a different story. I've used it less than the bottle, but it still leaks like crazy. Yes, it can keep things hot, but only if it can keep them in in the first place! It's an attractive, expensive paper weight because it isn't good for much else.
