600$ when it's the same willow and everything. Recommend it greatly

Only problem is the handle is a bit to skinny but can be fixed by dibble griping.

Gray Nicholls Colossus- Great bat – I purchased a Gray Nicholls Colossus Bat and after knocking it in I used it last night for the first time at indoor training, the bat whilst being… Read more

heavier than my previous bat has great balance, is easy to pick up, and even though I was not playing through the ball (was just dead batting due to it being the first use of the bat) the ball flew off at ann exceptional rate, my old bat is a Gray Nicholls Elite XXX, and even without playing through the ball the ball flew off the Colossus at an extreme rate, a number of the other players at training were commenting afterwards at how sweet the centre was and that they had not seen a bat of this quality for some years, a number of the defensive shots that I played would have quite easily reached the boundry on a reasonable outfield.

I could not be happier with the bat, after this initial training session I would say it could possibly be the best bat that I have owned (I am 45 so have had a number of bats over the years, the best previous bat I had was a Symonds Allrounder).

I would recommend a Gray Nicholls Colussus to anyone who does not mond a bit of extra weight in their bat, but would suggest to person who purchase one that they play with correct technique, I believe that if trying to swing the bat to hit a six every ball and playing accross hte line that the weight could be of detriment. Well Balanced, Great Middle,

bat in the world. Well, I think they're right. By Malcolm Campbell,11, from 53 Manildra Avenue, Carlingford, Sydney, New South Wales, in the best cricket country in the world, Australia. This was about my Gray Nicolls Fusion Enforcer I bought for 100 dollars at Peter Wynn's, at there only location in Parramatta, in Sydney, in New South Wales, in Australia, in Oceania, in the Southern Hemisphere, in the whole of Earth, in the Milky Way Solar System, and Finally, in the Universe, Church Street, Parramatta. The bat is so powerful. One touch and it goes for four[maybe a bit exagerated]. Very light weight. I don't know how it gets so much power. I'm getting a new bat for Xmas 2008.
