credits for a cancelled voucher. The credits never appeared in my account. Their own terms mention refunds to the original payment method, yet they tried to refund me with expiring credits instead.

Even after speaking with Flavio from their support team, nobody seemed to know Groupon’s own terms and conditions.

Terrible customer service. Stay away from Groupon.

less than two months after purchase. Now there’s a crack in the actual seat, which for sure will also break. No reply to emails, nobody answers the phone. I’m furious. Time to go the the ombudsman. Don’t touch them, be warned.
