Unable to login suddenly, worse support ever
I have booked a hotel to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend, the order still pending so i am unable to book in. Besides of that suddenly i am unable to login on my account that i used so many times before including today. I tried to reach out the team support, the attendant was rude and didn’t let me finish to explain what is happening. She said that it will be tree working days, however i need to book in now to go celebrate my anniversary friday. I just booked this hotel for this occasion if i not able to book in on this requested date I would have to cancel my order
I love groupon but the review process is awful
I am groupon crazy. I love being able to go to places I wouldn’t have found on my own. Some are amazing, some a bit dodgy, but overall my experience with them has been very good. The only thing they need to work on is the review process. I won’t bad mouth a business unless it’s beyond a bad experience, especially a small business. I bought a $59 hair foils voucher for a salon in Coburg. Yes, the coupon did say that long hair/thick hair would have a surcharge, but the hairdresser mentioned nothing prior to the treatment (now, Ive been a groupon ...fan for 8 years + , so I’ve had many, many experiences), and then she asked would I like my hair ironed at the end of the treatment. I said sure, assuming it was part of the service. I was appalled when the salon charged me another $110 on top of the coupon (apparently $50 for thick hair, $50 for long hair, even though I had hair barely past my shoulders, and $10 for the hair ironing). I shouldn’t have paid it and I regret it immensely. Not only did they destroy my hair, it took 2 years and lots lots more cutting it short to get it back to its original condition. Now, I’m not saying that is Groupon’s fault. It isn’t. But when I wrote a 1 star review (couldn’t give a zero star), groupon didn’t upload it onto the coupons listing. I contacted them and they just claimed that not all reviews are uploaded. Seriously???? 8/10 of the reviews on the salons coupon site were 1 star, and just repeated the same scam (other customers words too) that the salon was doing. Despite me insisting that they shouldn’t just put the 5 star reviews on, they not only didn’t upload my review, but since then (2 years or so) I haven’t been able to review ANY places that I have been to....which I find strange. 9/10 places I would give a 5 star to, and I think its important for other customers to see reviews before purchasing the coupon. So Groupon needs to look at this issue. I don’t buy as many coupons on groupon as I did before because of this issue, I often buy from other coupon sites. BTW, the salon is STILL listing on groupon, and last I checked there hasn’t been a review uploaded for more than one year....which is obviously because other customers have given 1 star reviews and groupon wont upload them......

I paid $405 for a service in October that when I received the business appointment details after purchase they did not have availability unto 4months later 13th January.
There were no covid restrictions during that time this was due to staff availability at the Cryo business in Rosebery that it was revealed I would be booking my treatments with.
I purchased this package for treatments before selfcare before my holiday in January 2021. I could not use this and my money has went to thin air.
Upon complaining they give me credits , after seve...ral complaints. However this is not good enough. This was through no fault of mine. I wanted the treatment within 4 months of purchase which is not unreasonable - not to mention the voucher would expire two weeks after the Cryo clinics only available appointments. And I am supposed to have 6 sessions. Which they have said they cannot redeem. This is malpractice and misleading advertising then taking my money to then never have available or refund the money.

I had the best facial ever done by Sandra at Ella Bache Currambine she also gave me fantastic neck and shoulder massage Rana meeting and greeting is wonderful greets you like a long lost family member. The salon is exceptionally clean and very well maintained can highly recommend this salon to anyone simply the best 5*
Disorganized bunch of wallies
I ordered 5 different blinds and awnings. Four arrived as expected. The final one did not arrive. Groupon told me that the parcel was 'undelivered' and wanted to charge an extra $39 for another delivery!
Outrageous. I was not happy to pay more for something that they had failed to deliver. This led to weeks of chasing Groupon and then the courier company with incorrrect advise being provided from both at various times. The Groupon staff did not want to answer my questions. I kept up pressing the delivery company and finally they acknowl...edged that they had lost it. They contacted Groupon to advise this and then finally, six weeks after the initial order was placed, a replacement unit arrived. Whilst awaiting resolution, Groupon decided to charge me for a beauty treatment of $175 which I had not ordered, and then refunded the money the next day, without any explanation. I am not surprised that they have such appalling reviews on this site. I have deleted my account now and would never consider purchasing another Groupon.
Ordered some bluetooth ear pods last night, estimated Melbourne delivery advertised as 2-5 business days. Just checked tracking today, they are coming from China. No mention of this on website. I presume the estimated 2-5 days referred to once they have cleared customs in Australia. At least on eBay you can check the location of seller
Receiving not what I ordered
My last 3 orders I received not what I ordered. Either they were incomplete (missing parts) or not in colour I ordered. One delivery took two months! Even support team eventually sorted, I am still not better off. To not count the time I lost trying to resolve, and secondarily lost that I experience as a result of all issues. No idea what happened to them. I am now waiting for the last one to be resolved. Totally unhappy. I've been their customer for a long time, but this is just too much and would from now on, use them as a last option.

The worst delivery
I bought a set of cream on 29 of January, the delivery said is between 5 - 10 days business, maximum 2 weeks so now is 3 weeks and still not arrive. And you can’t see the where is your parcel the website of tracking is really useless. So I’m really disappointed with this service.

Purchased Intex Challenger Kayak, Never Received Item
On the 14th of January, I purchased an Intex Kayak from your Groupon store. As of the 16th of February, I have not received our item despite contacting your team 5-6 times. This has been more than a month. Your team keeps stating that they will follow up and investigate the case but to no avail.
The item is worth over $170 and I'm extremely disappointed that I have not received the item. My order #1200-087121-257966). Shipped via Direct Freight Tracking Number: 3445800002693
The item can't be traced any longer and is somehow lost in transit. I'd like a replacement sent or for your team to trace to parcel and help me locate it.
Refusing to let us use our Groupon Credit
Groupon is the worst website I have ever encountered! My mum in law struggled so much on the site so I took over as it was a Christmas gift for us (it is Feb and still haven't got our gift!!!)
Tried placing an order as she asked me to do it directly. Added the item, balance after using Groupon credit was $0.01
The website would not let me pay 1 CENT and place the order! Contacted customer service and they said I have to make 2 orders and pay shipping twice for the exact same item same colour - just QTY 2 as there is an error on their system!
Worst customer service
I had the worst experience with a Live chat agent. I was discussing the delay in delivery of items ordered and the bugger had the audacity to close the chat saying " As per the deal, the maximum delivery time is 21days. We cannot do anything more at this time". The deal says 5-10 days for Sydney and that is why I ordered the item. Worst part of the website is that there is no feedback form. Never trust them for delivery.
Lovely to look at but very fragile and broken on receipt
I ordered Wooden Frame 2 Glass Containers Plant holder, on opening found 1 of the glass containers completely smashed. The glass is so fragile I was not surprised also not a sturdy stand and cannot actually see this working as they propose. The opening for the plant is so small I cannot see how they can advertise huge plant growing in this. Only 17cm High x bottle is 7cm in length x opening on top of bottle 2.4cm wide. Totally not what you see on advert. Also holders to put bottle on tiny and have to bash them into holes which are too small...for sticks. As i said look great on Groupon page but totally useless. Emailed them and got prompt reply from Fathima but emailed her back (she wanted photos - the glass is so fine it does not show up on photo to send)and explained that it is not worth the time and effort as even is they replace this glass container. Great idea but very poor construction.
I waited 39 days that's over 5 weeks for a beautiful dress long with black and white shades tp cover the sickness in my stomach I ordered an xl I received a wrap around horrid thing in return fabric thin and cheap in a large size so obviously not going to fit me and no one will answer complaints or can I get through to anyone, how dare these companies just send what cheap crap they have in return for a beautiful dress I ordered
Zap The Fat Cryolipolysis Fat Freezing Groupon
I purchased a voucher on GROUPON for ZAP THE FAT IN WYNNUM (you had 9 locations to choose from). On the 12th Jan I attended my appt, the owner had me lay on the bed and placed two applicators on my stomach. She left them on me for 15min of a 45min session (I had to hold them there myself) and then took them off to find one of the applicators had burnt me. She blamed my bodies “fluid retention” for her error! And took no responsibility in it. It was not fluid retention. I purchased this voucher as on the website it said “it does not harm the ski...n or tissue” and trusted that it was a safe treatment. I was not warned of any side effects as there should not have been any. I have had Groupon refund my purchase but now I am left with a scar/mark on my stomach that is approx 12cm by 4cm across and above my belly button. Groupon are still promoting this business after I alerted them to what happened. If I wasn’t self conscious enough prior to my treatment of this area I am so much more now, the mark left is embarrassing. I am so upset and regret not checking to make sure her reviews were legitimate (fb ones she is 'friends' with 2 reviewers) as I cannot leave my review on the Groupon voucher either. I do not recommend any one use this machine. It is dangerous, and not a true Cool Sculpting machine as they have auto shut off so you DO NOT get burnt and scarred. Zap the fat provided no aftercare apart from a piece of paper telling me how to soothe my burn, no follow up call, NOTHING. At the time of the burn she offered a session of another treatment of my choice at a later date, I'm sorry you cannot just burn people on your machines (that you also sell to other people?!) and think it's ok to offer them something else and think that is an acceptable reimbursement.

I purchased a 3 night stay on the 6th January for The Wyndham Resort, Surfers Paradise and do you think I could make a booking following the Groupon App. Not a chance! I would never ever buy one again if they make it this hard to redeem. No chat support or a contact number with this Company. Feel like I have been ripped off. The Groupon app just takes you on a ride with getting nowhere!
