this store will be 2 to 3 weeks. It's 10km away mind you.

5 weeks later I call them and our conversation boiled down to: "Nah its our stock! other store cant have it because its our stock!" despite the website telling me stock will be transferred in first place.

I know 5 years old with more brain power and discernment. Does not give two damn about the customer experience. All I heard was "If I do not make a buck why should I care".

Harvey Norman is never getting a scent from me again, I hope this review was worth your capitalist high ground.

replacement base has now cracked and gas lift now touching ground again. For the money you'd hope the build was better. Funny they're still for sale 2026 at a reduced price. Chair doesn't get daily use as I work away for a month at a time. Wouldn't recommend.
