weeks, after numerous follow ups, to reply and then told us we would receive an invoice to order the parts. After 3 more weeks we cut our losses and changed to another brand. Avoid this company the service is non existant!!

The machine only pushes dirt around. It does actually clean the windows. Thos leaves the with dirty steaks all over it. Very expensive machine that doesn't do anything. You'll be left cleaning the windows yourself.

Hobot 388 – I love how I can put it on and end up with clean streak free windows and mirrors in my house. I highly recommend hobot 388. I have had previous models over the years and love the upgrade.

frameless glass around a pool or balcony , simply fells off, leaves lots of smugness, I even tried to pre-clean as suggested by the supplier But in summary- it does at least 60% of work so you can finish it off to perfection if you want to have crystal clear window
