frequents bouts of Diahorrea.

I managed to get it under control (mostly), by going onto a Low Carb diet - eliminating things like rice, potatoes, sweets, chips, junk food etc - focusing on nutrition from meat, eggs and dairy along with healthy fats.

That worked quite well for at least 3-4 years - until it finally didn't any longer. I can only put that change down to my body, changing as I age, now in my middle 60's.
