persistent issue tarnishes the overall customer experience, making it difficult to fully appreciate their product quality.
I placed an order on December 1st, and as of December 9th, the items have yet to arrive. This extended delay, spanning over a week, is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a well-established brand like Kiehl's. Given their reputation, one would expect a much higher standard of service and a more efficient logistics process.
Timely delivery is a fundamental aspect of customer satisfaction, particularly in an age where consumers are accustomed to rapid shipping from competitors. Unfortunately, Kiehl's seems to lag far behind in this regard. It's particularly disappointing because the delays appear to be a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident.
While I appreciate Kiehl's commitment to crafting quality skincare products, their inability to deliver orders in a timely manner significantly undermines the trust and loyalty of their customer base. I strongly urge Kiehl's to prioritize improving their logistics operations—whether that means partnering with more reliable delivery providers, increasing transparency regarding delivery times, or implementing measures to streamline order processing.
Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend Kiehl's to anyone who values prompt and reliable service. While the products may be worth the wait, the frustration caused by such delays makes the overall experience less than satisfactory.

normal face wash and skincare prior to actually needing it to take advantage of the birthday freebie (always nice to get a freebie). Also used a 10% off voucher that I’d accrued and a coupon code for the moisturiser I’d ordered.
Received my order, no lip balm.
Contacted their costumer service team who told me that a toner that I’d received was my substitute birthday gift. I didn’t want toner, if I’d been offered toner as the birthday gift I wouldn’t have ordered. I was told buy the lady who was ‘helping’ me that they can substitute the birthday gift - my email didn’t say this (apparently it’s in the t&c’s ). I explained to her that I felt ‘ripped off’ and ‘scammed’ to which she responded that I’d used three offers on this order basically insinuating that I should be thankful for what I had. Missing the point!
You told me I’d get something, based on that something I placed an order, you then changed that something. Really disappointing and dodgy in my opinion.
I was told I can return my whole order for a refund if I’m not happy. Really?
Your customer service is bloody awful. For the sake of a $16 lip balm you’ve lost a customer.
