It is a really great shredder if you have very sensitive documents as the size of the shred is minuscule and you really wouldn't be able to put it back together without a serious magnifying glass and more time that it would be worth. Keep trying to get another one, you won't be disappointed Joselle!

nice sturdy feel about it and warms up quickly. I like how it has a reverse button so if a pouch gets caught I can get it out easily and so far have not yet had to use it! We bought the Laminator almost 2 months ago for our office and it's great for doing lots of laminating pouches in large runs I highly recommend spending a little bit more for this Laminator as it's great value!
