indoors. Put back on boat ready for the 2025 season and unit completely not working. Will turn on but no menu or anything except blue screen. Not happy.

support material available to get the best out of this unit. Even after only ever using a Lowrance product I found it challenging to get the unit to provide basic downscan and gps information on the display. After several hours installing the unit and several more trying to set it up, I would not recommend buying one of these unless you have a week to set aside. If I could I would return the into for a full refund. The help at the retail level is poor.

this clown show, what pros sign up for sponsorship with this company? Do they call customer service like I just did? Doubt it, they're just as pathetic as this company. its a joke, go somewhere else, Lowrance sucks and they prove it by hiding their contact info. What pro hitches his wagon to this company, come on guys, youre better than that, they suck, cant contact, over 2 hrs on hold, f"ing joke.

the unit works fine but the case should not be cracking.

my unit sits inside the cabin not expossed to direct sunlight and is also always covered when at home.

in the seconded instance first they told me they could not locate the unit? then when I confirmed they had received the unit 4 days ago by register express post.

I have asked for the unit to be changed at to which I was told I have to pay extra for a new or upgraded unit? am also being told that due to low stock I would have to wait if I seek a replacement unit? you could only imagine my reaction being on the cup of the pelagic season kick off???

the services from the retailer is great but dealing with Lowrance is poor due to a lack of communication and product support. I have asked if this is a common issue with this unit and am being told this is the only issue known to Lowrance ???

but they are hesitant to replace the unit and properly examine why the unit back cover is cracking ( I think is poor manufacture QA)

I have run Lowrance and this is the last time I run any of these units and unfortunately I also run the Lowrance Radar and Autopilot so changing over will be a costly exercise.

real shame as I still believe the units are great but customer services is poor to say the least....
